Who we are

Viogen Health Systems Inc. ("Viogen", "we", "us") is a Canadian corporation providing genetic-test and longevity-advisory services. Contact: info@viogen.io.

What we collect

When you purchase a Viogen offering, we collect:

• Your name and shipping address (required to send your kit)
• Your email address (required to deliver your interpretation)
• Your saliva sample (required to perform the genetic analysis)
• The genetic data produced by our accredited lab partner from your sample
• For the Genetic Test + Bloodwork tier: bloodwork results you authorise us to receive from your testing lab
• For the 90 Day Transformation Protocol tier: information you provide in your intake application

Payment information (card numbers, billing address) is collected by Stripe, our payment processor. Viogen never sees or stores your card details.

Lab partner

Your saliva sample is analysed by dnalabs.ca, an accredited Canadian genetic-testing laboratory located in Toronto, Ontario. dnalabs.ca processes your sample under their own privacy controls and Canadian regulatory framework, and delivers the resulting genetic data to Viogen for interpretation.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your order (ship kits, coordinate lab handoff, deliver interpretations)
• Produce your personalised Viogen interpretation report
• Communicate with you about your order, results, and follow-up offerings
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not: sell your data, share it with insurers or advertisers, or use it for research without your explicit consent.

Data retention and deletion

Your genetic data and interpretation report are retained while you are an active Viogen customer so we can refer to them in any subsequent offerings you purchase. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@viogen.io. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Under Canadian PIPEDA and provincial health-information law, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Email info@viogen.io with your request. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

International customers

Your data is stored and processed in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, by ordering from Viogen you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Canada under Canadian law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
