Terms of Service.

1. The offering

Viogen Health Systems Inc. offers three commerce tiers as of the date above: the Viogen Genetic Test (USD $847), the Viogen Genetic Test + Bloodwork & Interpretation Session (USD $1,097), and the 90 Day Transformation Protocol (USD $2,997). Pricing may change; the price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price you pay.

2. What you are buying

You are buying:

• A saliva sample collection kit shipped to your address
• Laboratory analysis of your sample by our accredited partner dnalabs.ca in Toronto
• A written interpretation report produced by the Viogen team
• For the Genetic Test + Bloodwork tier: bloodwork coordination and a 1:1 interpretation session
• For the 90 Day Transformation Protocol tier: a personalised 90-day programme with coaching cadence

You are not buying: medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider.

3. No medical advice

Viogen interpretations are educational and informational. They are based on well-established genetic and biomarker research, but they are not a clinical diagnosis and should not replace professional medical care. Decisions about your health, supplementation, medication, or lifestyle should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Viogen offering. By completing checkout, you confirm you are buying for yourself and consenting to the analysis of your own DNA. You may not buy the test on behalf of another adult, a minor, or anyone who has not personally consented.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available before your kit ships. After kit dispatch, refunds are evaluated case-by-case (contact info@viogen.io). Once your sample has been processed by the lab, the analysis cost cannot be refunded. Refunds for the 90 Day Transformation Protocol after intake is complete are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping and turnaround

Kits ship within 1 business day of order to addresses worldwide that can return samples to our Toronto lab. Results are typically delivered 2–3 weeks after your sample arrives at the lab. Delays caused by international postal systems are outside our control.

7. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Stripe's terms of service apply to the payment transaction. Viogen never sees or stores your card details. A Stripe receipt will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viogen's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Viogen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Health decisions made based on Viogen interpretations are your responsibility; Viogen does not provide medical care.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
